How to master the organic

The rigorous selection of woods and plants out of which we conduct our extractions is essential.
Sources from which we produce our TANNINS and PLANT EXTRACTS are chosen with great care :
- Upon their BOTANICAL SOURCES (Quercus Robur, Quercus Alba, Quercus petrae for oak, Pinot and Chardonnay for grape skin or grape seed extracts,…).
- Upon their GEOGRAPHIC ORIGINS (Limousin, Vosges and Centre in FRANCE, USA, ...).


The oak is rich in ellagitannins, though their spreading in the wood tissue is very variable depending on the species of the tree and its location.
We choose our tree erect and keep only the HEART of it and a part of the Aubier, near the core, the richest in lignin and polyphenols.
This selection optimizes the quality of our ellagic tannins and of their organoleptic notes.

Our GRAPE SKIN or GRAPE SEED TANNINS are obtained by direct pressing of white grapes exclusively French (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir) and are guaranteed NO GMO.

PARTOENO has the same requirements for all its other plant supply.
