According to traditional methods, our woods are split and staves thus obtained only dry outdoors, for 2-3 years. Needless to say that natural drying and rain leaching increase wood quality.

Our manufacturing units then lead to a succession of soft and slow extractions in order to reveal the plant natural compounds (eugenol, polyphenols ..) and other lignin derivatives such as vanilla, whiskey lactones .....
